Methodology for implementation of ERP system

• Prepare a plan for the project phases and timelines for employment of necessary staff from the client to the different stages of the feasibility study and further training.

• Prepare detailed terms of reference of the project, based on a feasibility study, including a description of the main modules and functionalities, as well as a description of the planned documents, integrated analysis and reports.

• Prepare a detailed plan of training and the deployment phases of the system.

• Test deployment.

• Transfer of data from old systems - if necessary.

• Parallel processing / operating systems - if necessary.
